Information we collect
We collect information needed to run the marketplace, including account identifiers and email supplied during sign-in; listing details and photographs; requests, bids, order records and support correspondence; and technical information used to secure and operate the service.
Seller verification or payment information is collected only where necessary for the relevant service. Payment card details are entered into Paystack's checkout and are not stored by Simplify Market.
How we use it
We use this information to provide accounts and listings, enable marketplace interactions, process transactions, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, meet legal obligations, and improve the reliability of the service.
We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for these purposes, including operational, dispute, security and record-keeping requirements.

You may ask about access to, correction of, or deletion of eligible personal information by emailing info@simplifymarket.co.za. We may need to verify your identity before responding and may retain information where legally required.
